PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Not every design is ideally suited for CNC components. If your design is better suited for castings, injection molding, sheetmetal, or tubing weldments, we can still help. We can complete the design per your requirements and then completely manage part manufacture, or put you into contact with an outside manufacturer that will best suit your individual needs.
MANUFACTURING
We specialize in quick turn around CNC prototype parts. We offer 4-axis CNC machining, CNC lathe turning, and electronics over molding. We're able to handle most any material and offer design for manufacture feedback.
DESIGN
We ultiize Solidworks 3D modeling software to include Solidworks Simulation for static and dynamic stress analysis (when necessary).
We also utilize Camworks CNC software embedded into Solidworks so we can dynamically update our production solutions as the design evolves.
